Dr. Wanda C. Macon

Wandacom is a coaching class preparing students to ace the SAT. If you are looking to get a college seat in U.S, in all probability you will have to clear the SAT test. More and more students from around the world are looking to get outside the comfort zone of their homes and jostle for college admissions in the United States. If you find yourself one of them, stop fretting over your selection and prepare wisely for the test. Wandacom, unlike other classes, does not focus on ‘one size fits all’. Instead, we offer customized and personalized courses in English Reading, Writing and Literature.

Our founder Dr. Wanda C. Macon has taught at OSU, Mississippi State University, University of Mississippi, and Jackson State University.  She has worked with Princeton University Testing Services, Educational Consultants and College Ready Bahamas. Her university positions assisted her in identifying test taking problems of students and she created strategies to address these problems. While evaluating essays written for the SAT, Dr. Macon discovered students’ failure to think critically.  She created and presented her basic thinking strategies to a conference on College Writing that now are used to assist students in writing better essays and comprehending literary works.

Her success includes students from the US and abroad.  95 percent of her students not only get admitted into the University of their choice but received scholarships.

Our Aim

  • English is a challenging language for native and non-native speakers alike. It is littered with grammatical rules, unpredictable spellings, word arrangements, as well as tricky idioms. With the increasing interactions of people from all over the world on the internet, it seems that English has become the easiest way to communicate, and for a good reason. We aim to make these interactions, whether in the form of articles, e-books, white papers or journals effective and easy for you and for your network.

  • Our founder Dr. Macon will help you with the best resources for SAT preparation and help the student develop strategies required to master the SAT. Our USP of customized curriculum and personalized teaching will help you to achieve your target with guaranteed success.

Our Vision

Wandamacon envisions providing insightful, high-level guidance around every step of the SAT preparation process for every student who joins us. Preparing for the SAT might leave you exhausted, like there is so much to cover and so little time, but know that preparing for the SAT is not a Herculean task if you have the best resources.
